Established in 2009

LUCO's professional staff has provided professional civil engineering services for both the public and private sectors. Projects include: master-planned communities, commercial centers, business parks, industrial complexes, roadways, water and wastewater facilities

LUCO's engineers are licensed in California, Oregon, Nevada, Washington and Utah.

LUCO's staff is QSP/QSD certified to prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) in the State of CA as is now required by CA law.
